Five is a matching and messaging product operated in connection with Hashgrid. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these terms and to our use of your information as described here and in any linked policies we provide in the product.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the service, harass others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or use the product in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us the license we need to operate the service (e.g. host, display, and transmit your content to deliver features you use).
We process personal data to run Five (e.g. profile, messages, device tokens for notifications). See our in-product privacy disclosures for categories of data and purposes. You can request account-related actions through support channels we publish.
Five uses a third-party large language model provider (an OpenAI-compatible service; the current provider name is disclosed in our Privacy Policy) to generate suggestions, matches, and assistant responses. To produce a response, we send the relevant chat context, listing content, and minimal account context to the provider. Inputs and outputs are processed under the provider's terms; we do not permit the provider to use your content to train its models. AI-generated responses can be wrong, incomplete, or unsafe — they are user-visible content and can be reported the same way as messages from other users. AI is a core part of how Five matches and replies; by using Five you accept that content you submit may be processed by this provider for these purposes.
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will publish a new version identifier and effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
