Five — Child Safety Standards

Last reviewed 2026-05-13.

1. Our commitment

Five has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation, sextortion, and any sexual content depicting or implicating minors. We act on every credible report, terminate offending accounts, preserve evidence, and report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

2. Age requirement

Five is for users 17 and older. We collect a date of birth at sign-up and refuse account creation for users who do not meet the age threshold. If we learn that an account belongs to a user under 17, we terminate the account and delete its data. If you believe a Five user is under 17, contact us at the address below and we will investigate.

3. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited on Five and will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, a report to law enforcement:

4. How to report inside the app

Any user can report any listing, profile, or message from within Five. Open the content, choose Report, and describe the concern. Reports about child safety are routed to our safety queue and prioritized. While a report is being reviewed, the reporting user can also block the other user so no further messages can be received.

5. How to report by email

For matters that can't or shouldn't go through the in-app flow — including law enforcement requests, urgent safety concerns, or reports involving accounts you do not have direct contact with — email office@hashgrid.ai. Include any usernames, message timestamps, screenshots, and a brief description. Please do not attach suspected CSAM; describe it and we will work with NCMEC or local authorities to handle the evidence lawfully.

6. External reporting

You can also report CSAE directly to the authorities responsible for receiving such reports:
